In January 2016, I embarked on a journey into the world of software development and programming. My team and I were driven by a shared belief in the transformative power of technology to make a difference in people's lives.

By June 2016, we had created our first prototype, and it was a momentous occasion for us. We couldn't wait to share our creation with the world, and so we began beta testing to gather feedback from early users.

However, by December 2016, we faced a significant setback. Our tests revealed glitches and issues that needed immediate attention. Undeterred, we worked tirelessly to fix these problems and improve our prototype.

In March 2017, we were back with a second prototype, ready for beta testing. This time, we were better prepared, having learned valuable lessons from our previous experience. We continued to refine our software, and by August 2017, we had a final prototype that was significantly improved. Beta tests continued, and our software was becoming more robust with each passing day.

In January 2018, we embarked on a new endeavor – customizing townships and rural digital maps using open source maps. This addition would make our software even more valuable to users, as it would provide detailed and accurate geographical information.

However, our journey hit another roadblock in June 2018 when our servers failed to support the system due to the large amount of data we were handling. It was a challenging moment, but we saw it as an opportunity to innovate further.

In January 2019, we continued customizing townships and rural digital maps, but this time with the goal of acquiring faster and more robust servers. We were determined to overcome the server limitations and provide the best possible experience to our users.

Our hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. In March 2019, we were accepted into the prestigious Mlab Limpopo Incubation Program, which provided us with valuable resources and support. This was a significant milestone for our team.

Our achievements continued to pile up. In August 2019, we became national finalists in the Boostup Competition 2019, earning us a spot at the SLUSH event in Finland's Helsinki. In October 2019, we were nominated for the Best Incubated Solution at MTN Business App of the Year 2019, recognizing our innovative approach.

Finally, in November 2019, we achieved the ultimate recognition when we were declared the overall winners of the Boostup Competition in Finland, Helsinki. It was a moment of triumph and validation for our tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to our vision.

This story is a testament to the power of perseverance, innovation, and the belief that technology can change the world. What started as a humble beginning in 2016 had transformed into a journey of overcoming challenges and achieving remarkable success by 2019. Our team's dedication to making a positive impact on communities had truly paid off, and our software was poised to make a lasting difference in the world.
